Lina, a graceful schoolgirl, has an affair against her father's will with Álvaro, a young bohemian who squanders his fortune. They decide to flee from the father's vigilance, but at the train station a wounded beggar warns Lina about the grave mistake she is making. Álvaro bandages her wound with a handkerchief on which his initials are inscribed and Lina gratefully gives her her jewelry and in turn informs Álvaro of her decision not to continue with this adventure. The beggar woman is assaulted and murdered. Her corpse is found with Alvaro's handkerchief, who is accused of the crime. Although he is innocent, he keeps silent to protect Lina.

Documentary filmmed on the occasion of the seventy-fifth anniversary of the founding of the city in March 1925, with the record of the festivities and celebrations of the commemorative carnival. However, on July 3, 1925, the city suffered a terrible fire, which destroyed much of its historic center. The producers filmed the ruins of the city and added this footage to the original version, offering a rather bleak contrasting picture.

Pat O'Farrell, a rich young man, takes a job as a truck-driver for his uncle's milk company, and falls in love with Cliare Knight, daughter of the Knight Car Company.

This film, whose German title is a gen­der-flipped play on the proverbial phrase “clothes make the man”, shows how the batik dyeing technique is used to create vividly patterned garments in a small re­tail shop in New York. Different items of clothing are then modelled for the camer­as to the, at times, patronising and sexist commentary provided in the intertitles.

Bonzo, a mischievous dog, takes the place of Toby in a Punch and Judy show. Bonzo's Pekinese sweetheart, Cheekee, is captivated by the acrobatics of Toby in a Punch and Judy show. Bonzo, jealous, reads a book on acting, then lures Toby into a public house.

1925 Paul Terry version of the familiar story that was re-done twice by Walt Disney. Farmer Alfalfa gets into the early scenes since the story takes place on his farm.

Man on a ladder holding a bucket and a brush puts up a poster for the British Empire Exhibition - "Why not go to Wembley?". Jerry walks along reading a newspaper. In a thought bubble above his head we can see that he is thinking about horse racing, the tote and money (I think!). He's so deep in thought that he knocks the poster man off his ladder. The man is very angry and knocks Jerry over with his brush. Jerry sees stars.

Felix the Cat is fishing, but has not caught anything. He goes into a restaurant and tries to steal a fish, but the owner sees him and throws a can at him. Felix looks at the can, which says that Alaska is rich in fish, so Felix treks to the great white north to feed himself.
