Julnissarna Lanny och Wayne får panik när deras uppdrag går snett. Wayne tror att han ligger RIKTIGT illa till hos tomten och råkar avslöja andra lustiga missöden.

När jultomten ramlar ner från Scott Calvins tak och sen inte kan göra sitt jobb blir det upptakten till ett otroligt äventyr. Scotts son Charlie övertalar sin pappa att ta på sig tomtedräkten, och med tomtens åtta renar drar de sen till Nordpolen. Där upptäcker de snart att den som tagit på sig tomtens alla plikter!
