The snow-covered Black Sea coast in the finale is not the most obvious (and yet readable) visual image of rock and roll: from the winter Yalta in "Ass" and the final scene of "Needle" to the classic cover of "Russian Field of Experiments", white snow in the post-Soviet latitudes has always been considered a suitable background for the slogan Live fast, die young.

Three places in which men meet, share a moment, filling the emptiness of Tbilissi's daily life. At the baths, at the barber's or in an empty house haunted by three swallows, speech flows in enclosed spaces. The director observes and captures the intimacy of the words, the obviousness of the gestures and the unexpectedness of the events. A metaphor for liberty, the absolute dream of contemporary Georgia.

After accidentally wandering onto someone's property, a simple young man is taken hostage for a ransom of a hundred dollars by two cousins.

In the isolated mountainous region of Tusheti in North East Georgia, life has remained largely unchanged since medieval times until last summer, when the Georgian government introduced free wifi access. As a result, the aspirations of young Tushetians are shifting dramatically, caught between nostalgia for the past and yearning for the future - and nowhere is this conflict of desires more pronounced than during Atengenoba, the region’s traditional summer festivities, which also fall within its busiest tourist season.

The source of this film is the personal life of my father, Nugzari, and his right hand. The hand that has been playing a crucial role in his economic and social life and has always been a guarantee of the financial stability of his family. The film traces a physical and a symbolic transition of his right hand: how the transition has been affecting his socio-economic life in his journey throughout different political ideologies that are represented and governed by symbolic hands.

Beka is 26 years old... His father taught him his profession. Beka makes art photography and a film about a physicist and composer. He had his first photo exhibition recently. Father's patience and understanding helped him to introduce his son to adult life and make him believe in his own talent.

Nana Mgaloblishvili is a Kartvelian (Georgian) language teacher at a parish school in western Sakartvelo. On April 9, 1989, during the bloody suppression of a peaceful demonstration for Sacartvelo's independence by the Soviet Russian army, she narrowly escaped death but was severely poisoned. Nana's lessons bring the past into the present, where literature and history meet the realities of today. In her classroom, knowledge becomes both a lesson and a prophecy, guiding her students as they prepare for their national exams.
