โรงเรียนซุซุรันหลังจากผ่านเหตุการณ์ภาค Crow Zero 2 ไปประมาณหนึ่งปี และเป็นช่วงประมาณครึ่งปีก่อน โบยะ ฮารุมิจิ จะมาเข้าเรียนช่วงกลางเทอม ซึ่งเก็นจิและเซริซาวะ หัวโจกตัวหลักของภาคที่แล้วก็ได้เรียนจบปีสามและสำเร็จการศึกษาออกไปแล้ว ทำให้ตำแหน่งหัวโจกอันตพาลของซุซุรันว่างลง จึงมีการต่อสู้แย่งชิงตำแหน่งเบอร์หนึ่งประจำโรงเรียนกันขึ้น โดยมี โทรุ โกระ แสดงโดย Yuya Yagira (Nobody Knows) ฉายา King นักเรียนปี 3 ที่นั่งแท่นเป็นว่าที่นักเลงเบอร์หนึ่งของซุซุรัน แต่ว่าก็มีพวกเด็กปีหนึ่งที่ฝีมือร้ายกาจเข้าร่วมด้วย หนึ่งในนั้นคือ คาเซโอะ คาบุรางิ ตัวเอกของภาคนี้ แสดงโดย Masahiro Higashide (จากเรื่อง xxxHOLiC) ผู้ชอบอยู่เงียบๆ ไม่ชอบต่อสู้ แต่หากเขาเอาจริงก็ยากที่จะรับมือ มีฉายาว่า Desperado

นักสู้ข้างถนนจากโรงเรียนมัธยมปลายโอยะต้องปะทะกับนักเลงจอมเกเรจากโฮเซ็นในผลงานสุดระห่ำซึ่งผสมผสานความมันส์ของทั้ง "High & Low" "Crows" และ "Worst"

โรงเรียนมัธยมปลายชาย ซูซูรัน หรือมีชื่อเรียกเล่น ๆ ว่า "โรงเรียนของ บรรดาอีกา" ซูซูรัน คือโรงเรียนไม่ประสบความสำเร็จที่สุด เป็นโรงเรียนที่ชอบใช้ความรุนแรงกันที่สุดในประเทศ บรรดานักเรียนจะถูกเรียกว่า "อีกา" พวกเขาจะรวมตัวกันเป็นกลุ่มย่อย ๆ และต่อสู้กันเพื่อความมีอิทธิพลและการมีอำนาจในโรงเรียน แต่พวกแเตกต่างก็มีเป้าหมายเดียวกัน เป็นเป้าหมายหนึ่งเดียวซึ่งไม่เคยมีใครทำได้มาก่อนในประวัติศาสตร์ของโรงเรียน เป้าหมายนั้นก็คือ การรวมเป็นหนึ่งเดียวของบรรดานักเรียน ไม่เคยมีกลุ่มใดได้ครอบครองความยิ่งใหญ่อันสูงสุดนี้แต่นั่นไม่ใช่เรื่องที่จะไม่มีวันเปลี่ยนแปลงมีกลุ่มทรงอำนาจกลุ่มหนึ่งในชื่อ "กองกำลังเซริซาวะ" เป็นกลุ่มที่เข้าใกล้เป้าหมายสูงสุดได้มากที่สุดกองกำลังเซริซาวะนำทัพโดยนักเรียนปีสาม เซริซาวะ ทามาโอะ (ทาคายูคิ ยามาดะ) นักสู้กระหายเลือดผู้ซึ่งได้รับความไว้เนื้อเชื่อใจจากลูกทีมของเขาเป็นอย่างยิ่ง

OUT คือเรื่องราวเส้นทางชีวิตอันแสนเข้มข้นสุดดรามา ที่เขียนขึ้นจากประสบการณ์ชีวิตจริงของทัตสึยะ อิกุจิ เด็กเกเรที่ต่อสู้ดิ้นรนเพื่อเริ่มต้นชีวิตใหม่ ผลงานภาพยนตร์ที่ดัดแปลงจากการ์ตูนสุดน่าทึ่งเรื่องนี้ แสดงให้เห็นถึงเส้นทางชีวิตสุดตราตรึงอันสะท้อนเรื่องราวของผู้เขียนออกมาได้อย่างแท้จริง

เรื่องราวของ "ทาเคมิจิ ฮานางากิ" (ทาคุมิ คิตามูระ) หนุ่มขี้แพ้ที่ดันพลัดตกลงบนรางรถไฟ แต่วินาทีทีที่รถไฟกำลังจะพุ่งถึงตัว เขาก็พบว่าตัวเองย้อนอดีตกลับไปเมื่อ 12 ปีก่อน สมัยยังเป็นเด็กมัธยมวัยเกรียน ก่อนจะพบว่าการย้อนเวลาครั้งนี้ทำให้เขามีโอกาสช่วย "ทาจิบานะ ฮินาตะ" (มิโอะ อิมาดะ) ให้รอดจากการเสียชีวิตด้วยฝีมือของ “แก๊งโตมัน” แก๊งที่ทรงอิทธิพลที่สุดในโตเกียว ซึ่งนำโดย "ไมค์กี้" (เรียวโยชิ ซาวะ) และ "ดราเค่น" (ยูกิ ยามาดะ) ทาเคมิจิจึงต้องไต่สู่จุดสูงสุดบนเส้นทางนักเลง เพื่อเข้าเป็นสมาชิกแก๊งโตมัน และเปลี่ยนอนาคตให้ได้!

แดน, เท็ตสึ และชิฮารุวางมือจากการต่อสู้ในย่าน "ซอร์ด" เพื่อออกเดินทางเที่ยวหาความสุขตามใจชอบ จนสุดท้ายได้ไปทำงานในรีสอร์ตบ่อน้ำพุร้อนแห่งหนึ่ง

Noisy and trouble maker Daruma made a fuss as soon as she entered the school, win in her first fight but then was beaten easily by another gang shortly after. In contrary to Daruma's bold-but-powerless attitude, Maeda who is truthfully a strong girl despite of her silent nature found Daruma is beaten by Team Hormon before her. The word "Majisuka?" (means are you serious?) instantly awaken her true nature and made her won the battle against Daruma's attackers easily, thus made a big fuss at the school and the news even reached the strongest fighting group, Rappapa. The story tells what happened at the Oya Institute after the fight in the containers of the High and Low movie. Fujio and Tsukasa were students from Oya High School, but Fujio had to move to a school in the countryside where his grandfather lives to take care of him. While in the institute new students will try to take control.

The story of a 15-year-old junior high school student. Hiroshi transfers from a private school to a public one in order to emulate the delinquents in his manga books. On his first day, he's challenged by the school's most notorious delinquent, Iguchi Tatsuya, and ends up beaten and caught by a detective. He finally gains recognition by winning a one-on-one fight against a student from another school, and joins the ranks of delinquents, leading a life of fighting against other schools.

Fujio Hanaoka, Seiji Kirihara, Shinya Oochi, Masaya Oochi, Madoka Ishii and Arata Maekawa are friends and they grew up together. They gather together to celebrate Seiji's birthday. The friends dig out a time a capsule they buried 10 years ago. They also write a letter to themselves for 10 years in the future and place it into a new time capsule.
