เรื่องวุ่นๆ เกิดขึ้นเมื่อว่าที่เจ้าสาวเดินทางมายังอิตาลีเพื่อตามหาคู่แท้ เพียงเพราะผู้ชายคนนั้นที่บังเอิญโทรเข้ามาดันชื่อเหมือนกับคนที่เธออยากแต่งงานด้วยในวัยเด็ก

โรงเรียนซุซุรันหลังจากผ่านเหตุการณ์ภาค Crow Zero 2 ไปประมาณหนึ่งปี และเป็นช่วงประมาณครึ่งปีก่อน โบยะ ฮารุมิจิ จะมาเข้าเรียนช่วงกลางเทอม ซึ่งเก็นจิและเซริซาวะ หัวโจกตัวหลักของภาคที่แล้วก็ได้เรียนจบปีสามและสำเร็จการศึกษาออกไปแล้ว ทำให้ตำแหน่งหัวโจกอันตพาลของซุซุรันว่างลง จึงมีการต่อสู้แย่งชิงตำแหน่งเบอร์หนึ่งประจำโรงเรียนกันขึ้น โดยมี โทรุ โกระ แสดงโดย Yuya Yagira (Nobody Knows) ฉายา King นักเรียนปี 3 ที่นั่งแท่นเป็นว่าที่นักเลงเบอร์หนึ่งของซุซุรัน แต่ว่าก็มีพวกเด็กปีหนึ่งที่ฝีมือร้ายกาจเข้าร่วมด้วย หนึ่งในนั้นคือ คาเซโอะ คาบุรางิ ตัวเอกของภาคนี้ แสดงโดย Masahiro Higashide (จากเรื่อง xxxHOLiC) ผู้ชอบอยู่เงียบๆ ไม่ชอบต่อสู้ แต่หากเขาเอาจริงก็ยากที่จะรับมือ มีฉายาว่า Desperado

Their experiences bring them together as they strive to bring to fruition a project referred to as the hanging garden.
