Gunn-Rita Dhale Flesja, Maja Włoszczowska and Jolanda Neff meet after years in Lower Silesia. Three living legends of mountain biking (MTB), friends and former competitors. The film’s protagonists summarize how the experience affected their lives today. Gunn-Rita focuses on family, children and the education of the youngest. Maja is a member of the Olympic Committee, while Yolanda is preparing for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. Despite tremendous pressure and many adversities, they managed to achieve balance in two incredibly important spheres – body and soul.

A metaphorical take on the struggles of being a woman focuses on yarn as the material which entangles and knots us up in its fuzzy embrace while also providing a possible means of escape.

This beautifully-shot documentary exposes the global cost and consequences of the destruction of nature. Life-giving rivers have been especially badly hit. Shot on location in Canada, the Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Albania, and Poland, the film conveys a strong message about one of the greatest threats to human civilisation: the growing freshwater crisis.
