In the background, there is a clash between the cunning Czerepach, in the role of an auditor from the Chamber of Accounts, and the Village Head. Desperate, the Village Head, together with the entrepreneur Więclawski, who has won all tenders in the municipality for years, is plotting against his eternal enemy. The bench regulars are also preparing a surprise.

Jill Godmilow (Far From Poland, Waiting for the Moon) in collaboration with Joanna Krakowska and Magda Mosiewicz pay homage to the original SCUM Manifesto, a French film made in 1976 by Carole Roussopoulos and Delphine Seyrig that was inspired by Valerie Solanas’s infamous text of the same name. Much like Solanas’s radical feminist text, SCUM Manifesto is a form of resistance and a call to action.
The film tells the story of the evolution of rave music and subculture in Poland. Two young ravers will guide us through this world: Marysia and Janusz, along with Marcello Zamenhoff – a performance artist and one of the pioneers of Polish rave. The basic question the characters are hoping to answer is will the young generation be able to reconcile the Polish techno scene, which has stayed class-divided since its very beginnings in the ‘90s.

He decides to visit a dentist but is scared away by the price he has to pay for the treatment. Stefan still can’t find an idea for a scenario, and Ewa is not being cast. They decide to sell the car, but a man who takes their car out for a test drive doesn’t return. Stefan is changing ideas for the scenario constantly, he can’t make up his mind… at home, a pipe goes off… the wine he keeps in gallons blows up… the milicia (People’s Republic of Poland’s police) comes and general chaos ensues, as they are drowning in water and wine… which gives Stefan an idea…

He also meets the owner of a vegetables and herbs greenery in Beirais, a small village in the midlands, who is looking to sell it. Diogo then decides to buy him out and risk it as a farmer himself. He wants his girlfriend Teresa to come along with him, but she refuses to leave Lisbon due to her career and also because she doesn't want to give up her city comforts. But Diogo decides to move to Beirais anyway, where he is faced with an entirely different reality from what he’s used to.

The objective of the program is to make viewers (respectively children) make art with very simple things, but which can give a good concept in terms of art. And all these "contraptions" are made from boxes to plastic bottles, varying from experience to experience. The program was shown in 32 countries, with great international success, having several versions according to these countries.
