A parody of Peter Jackson's award winning success, "The Lord of the Rings" - filmed with low budget in and around Moscow. Everything began with Sauron forging the Great Ring of Power. By chance this ring got lost by all of his masters - until it came to the hobbit Frodo Baggins. Thus he has been sent by Gandalf the Gray to an ero.. exotic walk to Bree. Still, the evil does not sleep - the power-thriving Sarumom tries participate in the expansive globalization plans of the evil Mordor conglomerate. And the 8 1/2 Nazgul have already rode out, looking for the Ring...
Those Who Care: Faith and Healing in a Ladakhi Village 2002
Those who care Faith and Healing in a Ladakhi Village This film gives an insight into the daily life and work of the traditional healer Amchi Smanla Tsering and his wife Tsering Dolma. They live in the Tibetan Buddhist village of Tia in a remote valley in Ladakh. Smanla is not only a healer, but also a farmer and this film shows how he combines these activities during the intensive harvest months. Very often the Amchi is the only person the villagers can turn to for medical or mental help. He also gives advice on important community matters. The Amchi's way of treatment and diagnosis is based on Tibetan medicine. Most important is the questioning, the feeling of the pulse and the observation of the tongue and eyes.

My Little Town 2002
Collection of cartoon anecdotes summons the small-town world of the turn of the century, condensed into a single day, with ‘Czech’ good humour. The mosaic-like short evokes locations of the artist’s childhood, the Fin de Siècle milieu of Sopron through the glittering imagination of the graphic artist director, where the stationmaster salutes the rising sun, and the train driver associates himself with a mermaid in his bath, who he caught that day in the lake.
Volto telato 2002
This digital video arose from the idea of trying to transfer to film all the photographic images I had created with the so-called “photo-finish” technique. While in the process of completing it, I used single frame digital animation to shoot the faces and their sudden transformations when subjected to the photo-finish technique, transferring them, then imparting motion to them in a single animated sequence on the computer. This agitation, torn from photographic fixity [is] subjected, in turn, to distortion by its intersection with objects texture-mapped with those same faces. The passage from motionless quiet to paroxysmal interference; the animating startle of Bach’s cello.

Sexual Economy of Risk 2002
Experimental investigations and transformations of porn, including self as porn-mechanism. 'The Sexual Economy of Risk' partly visualizes reflections of Slavoj Zizek (from On Belief): '...the passage from animal copulation to properly human sexuality affects the human animal in such a way that it causes the human animal's radical self-withdrawal, so that the zero-level of human sexuality is not the 'straight' sexual intercourse, but the solitary act of masturbation sustained by fantasizing ---the passage from this self-immersion to involvement with an Other, to finding pleasure in the Other's body is by no means 'natural', it involved a series of traumatic cuts, leaps and inventive improvistaions...' -Slavoj Zizek.
