NBA Countdown, is a weekly, thirty minute pregame show airing prior to each National Basketball Association telecast on the American Broadcasting Company. NBA Countdown typically airs each Sunday at 12:30 p.m, with the exception of some markets pre-empted for paid programming, or some Sundays when it airs at 2:00 or 3:00 p.m, and the NBA Finals, when it airs at 8:30 p.m. In 2006, the first and so far only one-hour edition of the pregame show aired, prior to Game 1 of the 2006 NBA Finals.

He's the Mayor is an American television sitcom that first aired on ABC on January 10, 1986 on Friday Night at 9:30pm. It starred Kevin Hooks as a 25-year-old man who is elected mayor of his hometown.

Hot Seat is an American game show which aired on ABC from July 12 to October 22, 1976. The series was created by Heatter-Quigley Productions, which at this point were best known for creating Gambit and The Hollywood Squares. Jim Peck was the host, with Heatter-Quigley veteran Kenny Williams as the announcer.

Answers for Americans is an American public affairs program which aired briefly, first in prime time and then on Sunday afternoons on ABC from November 1953 to February 1954. Social and political issues, both foreign and domestic, were discussed by a regular panel, including university professors, publishers, and retired military officers.

The Martha Wright Show is a 15-minute musical variety program starring singer and actress Martha Wright which aired at 9:15 pm EST on ABC television from April 18 to December 5, 1954. The program was also known as The Packard Showroom for its sponsor, Packard automobiles. Joining Wright, a native of Seattle, Washington State, in her short-lived program were pianists Norman Paris, who wrote the theme song for the CBS game show I've Got a Secret, and trumpet player Bobby Hackett and his band. The Martha Wright Show replaced The Jane Pickens Show, which returned in July 1954, as Wright resumed her program in that time slot in September for a final three-month run. Jane Pickens Langley, a native of Macon, Georgia, was another vocalist of that era. Wright's series followed The Walter Winchell Show and aired opposite Ronald W. Reagan's General Electric Theater on CBS and the pair of NBC's alternating anthology series, Goodyear Television Playhouse and The Philco Television Playhouse.

Jukebox Jury was an hour-long television series hosted by disc jockey Peter Potter which aired in the 1953-1954 season on the American Broadcasting Company, and was syndicated in 1959. The program actually began in 1948 in Los Angeles, California on the CBS Television station KNXT-TV, which has since changed call letters to KCBS. Five years later, Jukebox Jury went national for one season. The show has been compared to a radio program replete with commercial endorsements and movie previews. The jury on the program consisted of six usually young lesser-known film stars or minor recording artists who judged the latest releases from the record companies. Among the "jurors" were Barry Sullivan, Maureen O'Sullivan, and Jane Powell. Mike Connors, long before Tightrope and Mannix, appeared on an early KNXT episode under the name "Touch" Connors. Once the program was added to the network schedule, many who appeared as jurors to yell "Hit" or "Miss" at each song selection were already or later well-known entertainers, having included: Steve Allen, Walter Brennan, Lloyd Bridges, Ann B. Davis, Elinor Donahue, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Dean Martin, Steve McQueen, Jayne Meadows, Johnny Mercer, Sal Mineo, Leslie Nielsen, Debbie Reynolds, Mamie Van Doren, Robert Wagner, and Natalie Wood. Dick Clark used this listen-and-comment technique from persons in his audience on a reduced scale with his later long-running Philadelphia-based ABC series, American Bandstand.

The Revolution is an American health and lifestyle talk show with some reality television components. It aired weekdays at 2:00pm on the ABC network from January 16 to July 6, 2012. Created by producer J. D. Roth, the series replaced the soap opera One Life to Live. The series was hosted by Project Runway's Tim Gunn, a consultant on style and fashion topics, fitness trainer Harley Pasternak, designer Ty Pennington, medical consultant Dr. Jennifer Ashton, and therapist/relationship expert Dr. Tiffanie Davis.

The Mail Story, subtitled Handle with Care, is a half-hour dramatic television anthology series which aired on ABC for thirteen weeks from October 7 to December 30, 1954. In the premiere episode then Postmaster General Arthur Summerfield, who served in the administration of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower, introduced the program to American audiences. The program was partly documentary in offering explanations of the services available from the Post Office Department, now known as the U.S. Postal Service. It also had original dramas about individuals or groups who tried to misuse the mail and hence faced apprehension for their crimes. Such segments ranged in date from the 1850s with stagecoach robberies to contemporary times with sophisticated mail fraud cases. The three-month series aired at 8 p.m. on Thursdays opposite Meet Mr. McNutley, renamed The Ray Milland Show on CBS, and You Bet Your Life with Groucho Marx on NBC.

Stop the Music was a prime time television game show that aired for an hour on Thursday evenings on ABC from May 5, 1949 to April 24, 1952, and again for a half-hour from September 7, 1954 to June 14, 1956. The show had also been broadcast on radio from 1948 to 1949. The radio show was responsible for taking "The Fred Allen Show" off the air, as the shows were broadcast opposite each other in 1949. The hosts were Bert Parks and Dennis James. Similar to the later Name That Tune on NBC and then CBS, Stop the Music had players identify songs. After a song was played, a home viewer would be called and could win a prize by correctly naming the song. A correct guess won a prize and a chance to identify a short clip from the Mystery Melody for more prizes. If the viewer missed the first song, the viewer received a gift from the sponsor and members of the audience would be asked to identify the song. Among the vocalists and stars who appeared on Stop the Music were Jaye P. Morgan, Jimmy Blaine, June Valli, Broadway dancer Wayne Lamb, Estelle Loring, and Ann Sheridan. The program aired at 9 pm ET on Thursdays for all five seasons except for the 1954-1955 year, when it was broadcast at 10:30 pm ET on Tuesdays. Its competition in the 1951-1952 year was The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show and Amos 'n' Andy, both on CBS. In its last season from 1955 to 1956, it was aired opposite Jackie Cooper's The People's Choice on NBC.

Make a Wish is an American children's television series which ran on ABC from 1971 to 1976. Produced by ABC News, it was hosted by musician Tom Chapin and created and produced by Lester Cooper. It replaced Discovery, a similar series for children also produced by ABC News. Each episode of the series, broadcast on Sunday mornings, focused on a particular theme. One episode, for instance, was about snakes, and another was about motorcycles. Chapin would introduce the topic in much the same manner: "I think a snake is what I'll be. Imagine all the possibilities." After that there would be a sort of free association presentation on the theme featuring stock footage, animation, and Chapin's music and voiceover commentary. The quick-cutting, free-association, stream-of-consciousness style of the show caused Chapin, years later on a talk show, to describe Make a Wish as "a show for six-year old speed freaks." The series won a Peabody Award for Best Children's Series in 1971. Some songs performed on the show were written by Tom's brother, Harry Chapin. General composer of the show was Bernard Green, who also wrote the music to the title song "Make a Wish," with lyrics by Cooper, sung by Chapin.

Family Man is an American sitcom which aired on ABC from March 18, 1988 until April 29, 1988. It starred Richard Libertini as a middle-aged comedy writer married to a much younger wife, and focused on the trials and tribulations he faced raising two stepchildren and one biological child. The series was created by Earl Pomerantz.

The Drew Pearson Show was an early American television program originally broadcast on ABC and later on the now defunct DuMont Television Network. The series ran from 1952 to 1953. It was a public affairs program hosted by political columnist Drew Pearson. The program aired Sunday nights at 11 on ABC. When the series moved to the DuMont network, it aired on Wednesday nights at 7:30. The series was cancelled in mid-March 1953.

Voicemail was an online television show that can be seen through the ABC.com Full Episode Player. Each short webisode features Mike, played by Ezra Godden, with his voicemail messages played in the background. As each message plays they help explain Mike's actions. In the episode entitled "Supplies", for example, Mike is seen making a giant ball out of masking tape while a series of voicemails from his boss asking him where the tape is going.

So You Want to Lead a Band is a half-hour variety show hosted by Sammy Kaye which aired on ABC from August 5, 1954 to January 27, 1955. Members of the studio audience are invited to conduct the band. Then through its applause the audience chooses the winning amateur conductor. The winner receives a prize. Vocalists on the program included Barbara Benson and Jeffrey Clay. The series aired on Thursdays at 9 p.m. Eastern after Treasury Men in Action and before Kraft Television Theater. Its competition on NBC was Dragnet.
