Peter is fed up with his father’s unfulfilled promises to visit his friend Zoran, who moved far away with his parents some months ago. He forces his father to sear he will fulfill his promise. Peter immediately tells his friend the good news, and because Zoran doesn’t believe they will really come, Peter swears he will come if he has to do it alone. The next day, Peter’s father postpones the visit once again and rushes to work. But Peter doesn’t want to break his promise and sets off to visit his friend alone. Peter’s younger sister Petra attempts to reveal what is right and what isn’t in the events that follow - and when she finds the solution - it’s a surprise for everyone.

A criminalist explores the background of a business in which the authorities, with the help of an influential corporation want to evict and demolish part of the city and build a new complex there. The film is about the will and power of the individual; the fight against institutions, the individual's engagement, and the decisions made behind the scenes.

Lang makes friends with Gatnik and gets aquainted with all members of his family. When Lang finds out that Gatnik is a passionate film amateur and that he also possesses his own camera, they make a film together. This is probably Lang’s first contact with cinematography. Late at night Lang looks at the photographs in Los Angeles and revives in his spirit the imaginary meeting with his friend Gatnik.

A wordless and virtually soundless but nonetheless exquisitely sensitive drama about an overweight butcher who lives alone and the strange fascination he develops for an attractive young woman he sees on his regular bus route. He takes tentative steps to approach her but though he receives an open, caring smile, fails to respond.

Oton, a young boy, is growing up while his hometown Ljubljana changes, from 1934, when King Alexander of Yugoslavia is killed in France, through first the Italian and then the German occupations of the city, until the arrival of Communism.

The story follows the usual workday of taxi driver Aleš Križnik, who could be described as an educated, probably graduated economist, owner of a once successful company, which unfortunately failed. As a taxi driver, he meets all sorts of people, and one late evening he takes one last call ...

Due to psychological issues with performing his secret mission the undercover detective visits a private psychiatrist and tells her about the reason for his visit. When she thinks the detective is just another ordinary patient with a need for a "cathartic" conversation and discussing his heady action detective experience, she realizes he's a much more complicated case, a case she might not be able to take in her stride.

The main character of the story is 12 year-old Denis, a fan of actor Arnold Schwarzenegger and a faithful admirer of his films. The summer holidays begin. Most of Denis’s plans for the summer fall through. He regularly goes to the movies, gets together with friends who have remained in town, and unenthusiastically, but nonetheless, takes cake of his dog Arnie when his mother, a television journalist, is too busy. Taking his dog for a walk one evening, Denis witnesses the loading of harmful substances at a local chemical plant. A series of slightly unusual circumstances, holidays with boy scouts, a new friend - private detective Emil, his mother’s environmental contributions in TV shows and a longing for adventure lead Denis to follow the perpetrators, who unload the wastes in a national park. Denis’s adventures end happily for him and for all his family members, while the criminals are punished - as they should be.

When Peter comes back from the war, he finds his father changed and alone. Their former maid, Leni, has also left and soon Peter's grandfather also dies. His father begins writing his memoirs of his Partisan years. Peter blames his father for his mother's death, but the final blow comes when he catches his father together with his (Peter's) former girlfriend. He moves in with his brother and accuses Leni of having had an affair with his father. Peter decides to kill his father but cannot carry out the plan. His father tells him in a fit of rage that he isn't his son at all. Feeling desperate and down, he goes to Leni's place for comfort, and finds her dead on the floor. The police arrest Peter for the murder of Leni. Will Peter have to serve a jail sentence on his road to maturity and will political connections have a bearing on the final verdict of the trial? Peter doesn't even know whom he can trust anymore.

The film is based on a novel by Ivan Tavcar and was adapted for the screen by Andrej Hieng. It is set at the end of the 17th century in the area that is now Slovenia at a time of religious intolerance with Amandus, a Catholic priest, determined to persecute local Protestants.

DAWN is the film of 2 stories, the story of life and death In one apartment a young couple is waiting for a baby to be born. Pregnant Leila is asleep in the bathroom. Her boyfriend tries to assemble a baby bed with her father who comes from Serbia. While trying to read the manual and assemble the bed they talk, they fight and slowly get to know one another. In another apartment Robert comes from Paris to visit his sister and dying father. Because of old resentments they haven't seen each other for some time. Trough music the son reconnect with his dying father. In a 3 hour period, while the dawn is coming, the characters overcome their conflicts and resolve old issues. One life end so another one can begin.

Temnikar's family prepares for Christmas, but to him, it's the time of dark premonitions and anxiety. In the mountain cave, hidden by snow, the wounded partisans are hiding, and Temnikar suspects the treason. Once the White Guard patrol shows up at Temnikar's doorstep, he finds out about their plan to go and finish off the wounded partisans.

The film follows the stream of consciousness of Ksenija Hribar, a ballet dancer from Ljubljana and a long time member of London Contemporary Dance Company.

Ljubo (as only the bravest call him) has a large team of frightened chefs, cunning helpers, an introverted confectioner, an extremely efficient restaurant manager, fast waiters and a terribly slow bartender.

'TV dober dan' is a TV channel broadcasting from Meglenik, a small town near Ljubljana. There are few employees at this TV and because smallness means success, TV Dober dan still has a great future ahead of it. The team, which deals with the challenges of the television company every day, consists of the director John Smith, his assistant Podrepnik, the energetic marketing director Mercatori, the journalist Samo and his journalist colleague Ana, the secretary Ingrid, the punk videographer Izidor, the director Luka, the waitress Zofka, the extremely practical lighting operator Jože, tireless cleaner Fata and homeless Cojz.
