Koko and friends spend summer vacation on the shores of a lake near the idyllic Green Hill. Three loosely connected stories about football fans in Zagreb, Croatia, during the day of the country's biggest derby between Zagreb's GNK Dinamo and Split's NK Hajduk.

The film follows Ibro (Emir Hadžihafizbegović) and his son Armin (Armin Omerović), who travel from a small town in Bosnia to a film audition in Zagreb, hoping to land a part for Armin in a German film about the war in Bosnia. On their way to fulfilling the boy's dream, they encounter a series of disappointing setbacks — their bus to Zagreb breaks down and they are late for the audition. After Ibro convinces the director to give the boy a second chance, they soon realize that Armin is too old for the part anyway. As it becomes obvious that Armin's dream of playing a part in the movie will never happen, he feels increasingly disheartened, while Ibro's determination to help his son grows. Finally they do get another chance, but Armin buckles under the pressure and experiences an epileptic seizure. As they get ready to head back to Bosnia, the film crew makes an unexpected offer, but when Ibro refuses, Armin at last realizes how much his father really loves him.

The main character Struja (Stream) is an unyielding rock musician in a demo-band called When Dirty Harry Met Dirty Sally. Struja would do anything to gather money to record the album as long as it doesn't involve giving up his rock musician beliefs. At the beginning he is very firm and reluctant to give in, but when Anja, the girl he left, announces that she is pregnant with his baby, Struja suddenly realizes that there are bigger issues in life than playing at wedding.

In 2006, it showed up on OTV. The entire series is also available on 4 DVDs. Laku noć, Hrvatska is a parody of Croatian TV news and other TV shows. Every episode has three basic parts: news, sport and weather. It satirically makes fun of Croatian and other world politicians. It also features animated commercials during the course of an episode. There were 252 episodes of the show. On weekdays episodes were 10 minutes long, while those shown on weekends were 25 minutes long.
