The experimental short film "Good Day" transports the audience to one never-ending day of the life of interwar Kaunas, which, like an architectural moment recaptured in time, silently tells about the bygone city full of progress and hope. 24 hours pass in 24 minutes, as if through a keyhole watching and listening to the rhythm of the city boiling around the iconic tower of the Vytautas the Great War Museum. With the help of a physical newspaper specially created for the film, viewers have the opportunity to calmly explore one golden day of the first Republic of Lithuania and evaluate it in the context of today's stormy times.

Lithuania's oldest factory breathes life into the next generation of workers and the clay bricks they toil to produce. The spaces, their textures and sounds, transport us to an uncertain, mysterious dimension. The decrepit factory, the Sisyphean labour it extracts, presents us with our own mortality. The documentary „Chodakowski Sisters“ tells the story of two bright twentieth century Lithuanian interwar women. Polish countesses sisters Chodakowski – President Antanas Smetona’s wife Sofia and Prime Minister Juozas Tubeli’s wife Jadwiga – in their youth consciously chose Lithuanian identity and devoted their entire lives to the creation of the First Republic of Lithuania.

The film crew, as if being detectives try to understand how their country became independent about a hundred years ago. Starting from facts and a little dull talks with historians, the search of information (knowledge) takes them to Paris where they discover even more philosophical questions related not only to the independence, but as well to the concept of freedom in general. “We have started making a movie about the freedom conference of 1919 and the role of Lithuanians in it. But making this movie we have stumbled upon lots of ideas. We have started asking ourselves, what is freedom, and what is the difference between the territorial and personal, or self-freedom?”

Trilogy combines documentary, acting and animation to tell three stories: effects of various forces on human beings; the eating habits of different personalities; pathetic and omnipresent attempts of people to seek an immortality.

“Sisters” is sensitively and beautifully told story of two families of Pomerancai and Petrauskai who were scattered by brutal events of The World War II and difficult, unexpected challenges of life which wounded their destinies. The footage of the film shows Joniškis, Kriukai and Žagarė, places of large Jewish communities before the war. The locals remember the Jews, and tell about the tragedy that befell them during the years of fascist German occupation.
