A college professor is plagued by a recurring dream

In 1981, two Massachusetts College of Art students, Sean J. Eunson and Greg McCleary, were given access to a pile of discarded 16mm film footage from an out of production international documentary series. Inspired by their film teacher Dan Barnett’s film White Heart, what began as a classroom exercise in editing, became a three-year exploration in non-narrative filmmaking.

Lil Picard, the colorful, outrageous art world personality, performance and collage artist, and critic, tells her story, from Belle Epoque Belle, to Berlin Twenties Cabaret dancer, Thirties journalist and refugee from Hitler's Germany, to her long involvement with the art world and its artists. Lil's story, which she tells with Rousseau-like honesty, reflects the history of the times.

The film shows through the life stories of two women soldiers in their final month of service, the role of the Israeli woman in the army and in civilian life. The women, entering the Israeli army with hopes of actively defending their country, soon realize that all combat jobs or jobs that might bring them near combat are closed to women. The film explores the myth of equality between the sexes based on the fact that there is compulsory service for both men and women in Israel. The filmmaker also examines the case of Miri Dayan who had to fight against heavy odds to become the first woman Commander of the Women's Tank instructors course. Head of Women Corps, Colonel Dalia Raz and other prominent women give some hope for a better future for women in Israel.

While we don't really know the origins of the song games, it is possible they came to the North in the 15th or 16th century. Over time, they have changed characters, and some of the games have taken the form of "wall-playing". In the film, the games as we know them today are being compared with the games we had in the old times, through reconstructions.

A Woman is watching her chicken while enjoying breakfast. This peaceful scene makes way for that of a poultry slaughterhouse. The images pursue her on TV that evening, she drinks her glass of wine and pushes away her plate of chicken.

Punk and the Do It Yourself aesthetic were born in the late 1970s. Most scholarship on punk film and video has focused on works from New York and San Francisco, but Los Angeles also was home to a rich scene of such media. Featuring Nervous Gender.
