Because its last reel completely disintegrated before it could be copied, the film remains an ultra-rare curio that nonetheless captures an important chapter in Browning’s career before his successful string of films made for MGM.

Stranded on a desert isle, Donald and Cecilie become man and wife in the eyes of God. John Wendell, the family lawyer, takes pity on Cecilie and offers her the protection of his name in marriage; she accepts, with the provision that it be in name only but trouble is on the horizon.

Suomi-Filmi Oy's silent documentary follows the official four-day state visit of King Gustav V of Sweden and his wife Queen Victoria to Finland in August 1925. In addition to Helsinki, the royal couple visits Savonlinna and Viipuri. Two contemporary documentaries were made on the subject, one of which was produced by Kurt Jäger's Oy Taide-Filmi Ab.
