A family surviving in a totalitarian dystopia is faced with the dilemma of reporting a family of immigrants who suddenly seek their help or preserve human dignity by endangering their own safety.

Invited to a simultaneous chess game, Ilo Pinci, the specialist of fish and oysters, as well as a well known chess player, arrives at the small coastal town fully convinced to be better than the local chess players. But what makes his coming to this town even more interesting is his hidden desire to discover some technical and practical data on the oyster cultivation.

Andon, a young violinist, is seriously studying for the admission competition at the Academy of Fine Arts. The movie brings closer the life of Albanian youth and the drug problem. It focuses on a relationship of teen girl from a well educated family and a heroin addict, mirroring of Albanian life after a very troubled decade.
