Nora (20), an immigrant single mother is exploring alternative ways to avoid deportation from Czech Republic, after her asylum is refused.

The film deals with Rron, a young Albanian boy from Kosovo who faces his expectations of going illegally to Germany.

Phoebe, a successful writer and activist, lives in isolation in her apartment with her daughter, Aria, during the pandemic. After a normal day of reading comments and statuses on Facebook, tensions begin to rise when Aria insists on going outside. Phoebe, scared and filled with doubt, experiences a moment of panic when she thinks Aria has run away. After a period of searching, Phoebe finds Aria and, to relieve the tension, begins to jump out of the window, leaving everything behind.

A couple, Besnik and Linda live with Besnik's mother Xheva, who's partially immobile and needs constant assistance. One day they have to go to the ministry to testify that Xheva is alive, otherwise they lose her pension. The road there is not easy and will change their lives dramatically, in ways they never imagined.

Can one have a private space in public? This question would put up for discussion the meaning that private space takes in a public sphere. In Albania, this question would be understood as a request to share one's privacy with other people. The overlapping of the visuals of the filmed people with the audio from the room of the filming person represents the smooth but unnecessary and unwanted entrance of a person into another person's life.

Three different women talk about their relationship with makeup, its mundaneness, what it reflects, and how it affects them.

Patriarchal times in northern Albania gave birth to a phenomenon - the replacement of the man at the head of the household by a woman. These are masculine times, in which the woman is only tasked with taking care of the household and raising the children. But, locked in these social roles, girls emerge, ready to abandon their female identity and follow the path of honor. They want to be respected women with the power of a man, not for themselves, but for others. They give up marriage and sexual relations. They choose to live as men. The fall of the regime opened the country to the modern world, but neither communism nor the emerging democracy succeeded in changing the age-old traditions in the isolated mountainous regions of Albania. In the Cursed Mountains, to the north, the last sworn virgins in Europe today live a man`s life.
